Pancakes

Pancakes are a funny thing for me - we used to have them every Sunday after church, without fail, and I would always get the silver dollar sized ones... but I grew to hate them for whatever reason. So now I consume them in very limited quantities, but today's made me want them more. Go figure - I will start experimenting that's for sure and even buy the ingredients necessary to make the buckwheat version. As a side note the picture was taken on the ledge in Leaha's room as our landlord was parking his car - wonder what he thought of seeing me at 11am in my flannel pj's (Christmas theme) taking pictures of a plate of pancakes... As per usual the recipe is from VWAV. For the love of all things Starbucks by the book already.
