Peanut Butter Cookies

So there is this lovely picture below of GF peanut butter cookies made by me, however they are not as good as these cookies.

So go to the recipe mentioned above AND heed these words - do not use agave syrup instead of brown sugar, or any liquid for that matter - it doesn't work. Use warm peanut butter - the best option is to use peanut butter from a fresh jar - when it's soft and oily before it's sat in your fridge, and the bottom gets dry because you can never really evenly distribute the oil to the bottom effectively...

If you want the below cookies you'll do everything I recommend you don't do and then add 1/4 cup of oil and 3/4 cup of AP flour. You'll also have to keep a close eye on them - agave has a tendency to burn quickly at a certain point - you'll go from light to dark very very quickly.
