2. This is my journey to wellness - along the way I will be trying just about anything to get well again.

3. Wellness does not necessarily equal weight loss, it does equal feeling human, not having hives, sore joints, perpetual illness and fatigue amongst a host of other issues.

4. I love running and I want to share that love with others who are starting and in their own running journey.
