N asked me at work today, what can you eat?  I prefer to list what I cannot, because that is actually a surprisingly shorter list.  I cannot eat the majority of package food items - chips, candy, pop, ice cream, crackers and a lot of deli products, fast food and the majority of what Starbucks offers.  Not really a horrible list of things not to have, especially compared to what I can have, for example:
