In the past I have blogged about my running adventures and my food adventures separately - that is now changed - both will be appearing here. It is ultimately hard for me to separate the two factors as what I eat fuels my running and I run as a part of my journey towards wellness.
Wellness is not about weight loss. It is about health - it is about knowing my body and knowing what makes it feel healthy. I have chosen to work off my original vegan food blog so if you go through the archives you will find that there are vegan recipes that are not gluten free.
