Hiccup in the Journey

I slowed down my mileage for a little while in February, and I thought my sluggishness and lethargy was related to that reduction in miles.  Sounds counter intuitive but not running does not make my brain happy.  So when I started to really make an effort to get a little mileage in this month, I thought it would be easy - a rested body, itching to run, would want to run, no?  Apparently not.  I feel horrible.  So when I went in to see Suka my trusted acupuncturist, I was unsure what to do.  I've had this problem reoccurring - I get sore, tired, sluggish and temporarily attempt to fix it with running when tired, coffee and sugar.  I crave sugar like Charlie Sheen craves attention - not good.

So she suggested I go on a detox and do more acupuncture and lymphatic drainage massage.  I am not hot on spending more money.  Quite frankly things are beyond tight.  So instead I've decided to go back to the anti-candida diet with a little more fervor this time.

So the meal plan will change up a little bit, I have decided that I am going to my best within reason to change my eating for the next two weeks.  I am going to use that as an idea if I am going in the right direction or not.
