Menu Time

In an effort to continue the transparency around what a GF/DF runner with a busy life cooks/eats/prepares here is this week's menu:

Sunday:
Dinner: Vietnamese style salad rolls with shrimp

Monday
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Moroccan Meatballs with Buffalo meat and chickpea millet tabouleh (sounds complicated but it's not, fear not)

Tuesday:
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Chickpea tacos

Wednesday:
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Broccolini

Thursday:
Lunch: Leftover
Dinner: Salmon with Rice and Arugula Salad with Fennel and Orange

Friday:
Lunch: Sushi
Dinner: Buffalo/Black Bean tacos
