Caesar Salad

I've never been a big Caesar salad person - primarily because it's eaten when out - and who wants to smell like cheap garlic? I found this recipe on BunnyFoot it is exactly the kind of recipe you want - simple ingredients - everything that the vegan has on hand.

2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1-2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 T veganase
1/4- 1/3 cup olive oil
dash of vegan Worcestershire
dash of kelp powder - or nori flakes - to give the anchovy flavor layer

Blend together - serve
